General Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms govern the subscription to Leavely SaaS for business customers.
2. Pricing
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. If applicable, invoices may state: “VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.”
3. Subscription & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
Leavely retains all intellectual property rights in the Service. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
